Five couples have accepted the My 99.9 challenge, to lose as much weight as they can, while following a rigorous diet and exercise plan but they only have four weeks to do it. Trainer Noah Drucker of Spectrum wellness talks about one of the biggest challenges these couples face, the change in diet. "A lot of them are eating much more protein than they are used to, and they are not allowed to have any beverages that have calories in them. A lot of them are shocked that they aren't allowed to drink milk." The trainers will be tailoring the diet and exercise programs to maximize results for the five teams. Tracy and Troy Vujcich are trying to shape up, Tracy, just had a baby a few months ago and would like to lose some baby weight.
